PLVCHR包函数
plvchr.nth(str text, n int)
描述：返回原字符串str中的第n个字符。
参数说明：
str：源字符串。
n：表示获取的字符的位置。其中取0和取1效果是一样的，当为负数时则获取从右往左数的第abs(n)个字符。
返回值类型：text

描述：获取字符串中的首字符。
参数说明：

描述：获取字符串中的末尾字符。
参数说明：
- str：源字符串。
返回值类型：text

描述：检查字符串中首字符是否为指定的kind。如果首字符是多字节的字符，则种类固定为5。
参数说明：
str：源字符串。
kind：字符种类，说明如下表所示：
kind 含义 1 空格 2 数字字符 3 引用（目前只有单引号） 4 其他 5 大写和小写字母，或者多字节的字符
返回值类型：bool
